1. Who may use HomeCrowd

To operate and improve the service, you grant HomeCrowd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and display your content as necessary to provide the service and enforce these Terms.

HomeCrowd may monitor, review, restrict, remove, or refuse content or accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain service quality.

8. Service changes
HomeCrowd may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We may also set or change limits on access, participation, or functionality.

9. Termination
You may stop using HomeCrowd at any time. HomeCrowd may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk for users or the service, or where required by law.

10. Intellectual property
HomeCrowd and its branding, software, design, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of HomeCrowd’s intellectual property.

12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeCrowd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
